Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 のインストール: Recorder package バージョン 2.8.6

仮想アプリケーションがインストールされている Citrix Virtual Apps サーバーにビルド v 2.0.0.7 で使用可能な Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix をインストールします。

前提条件

新しい Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 を使用して Citrix 環境でタスクを自動化する場合は、次の点に注意してください。
  • 自動化に Google Chrome を使用している場合は、Automation 360 リモート エージェントの Automation Anywhere 拡張機能 (バージョン 3.0.0.0 以降) がインストールされ、有効になっていることを確認します。

  • Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 1.0 と 2.0 の両方を Citrix 環境上で同時に実行できます。
  • bots でRecorder packageの 2.8.6-20220823-160834 以降のバージョンを使用する場合は、新しい Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 を使用することを強くお勧めします。Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 がインストールされていない場合、自動的にフォールバックして既存の Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 1.0 が使用されます。
    注:
    • フォールバック中は、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 1.0 は、サポートしているテクノロジーとブラウザでのみ動作します。
    • Recorder package (バージョン 2.8 以降) を使用して作成された Bots は、Manifest V3 拡張機能で動作します。Manifest V3 拡張機能の場合、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 に接続していることを確認してください。
  • Citrix オートメーションの場合、(2.8.6 より前のバージョンの) Recorder packageを使用して作成された bots は、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 で動作しません。代わりに Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 1.0 に接続していることを確認してください。
  • 同じ Citrix 環境で Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 と Bot Agentを使用している場合は、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix または Bot Agentのいずれかの更新バージョンを再インストールせずにこれらのバージョンをアンインストールしないようにしてください。たとえば、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix をアンインストールした場合、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix の新しいバージョンをインストールするか、Bot Agentを再インストールして、レジストリ エントリが更新されたままになるようにします。
  • 2.7.3-20220527-004608 以前のバージョンのRecorder packageを使用している bots がある場合、bots は既存の Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 1.0 を使用します。
  • Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 は、Citrix Xen Desktop が同じ Bot Creator または Bot Runner デバイスからも接続されている場合、動作しません。
  • Recorder用のドロップダウン オプションのテクノロジー選択はサポートされていません。
  • Microsoft UI オートメーション (COM) はサポートされていません。
  • SAP オートメーションはサポートされていません。

手順

  1. Citrix Virtual Apps サーバーにログインします。
  2. 最新バージョンの Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 インストーラー ファイルを Citrix Virtual Apps サーバーにダウンロードします。Citrix Server 上で実行されている Automation 360 リモート エージェントは、Automation 360 から受信したデータを解釈し、適切に応答します。
    1. A-People Downloads page (Login required) に移動します。
    2. Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 を選択してダウンロードします。
  3. Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 インストーラーを実行します。
    1. AARemoteAgent_2.0.zip ファイルを解凍し、A360RemoteAgent.exe ファイルをダブルクリックします。
    2. [Automation 360 リモート エージェント セットアップ] 画面で [次へ] をクリックします。
    3. [宛先フォルダーを選択] 画面で、[参照] をクリックして、リモート エージェントをインストールするデフォルト以外の場所を指定します。[次へ] をクリックします。デフォルトのインストール場所は C:\Program Files (x86)\Automation Anywhere\A360 Remote Agent に設定されています。
    4. [セットアップ ステータス] 画面で、インストール プロセスのステータスを追跡します。
    5. [セットアップ ウィザードの完了] 画面で、[完了] をクリックしてセットアップを完了します。
  4. Citrix インターフェースから、Citrix Delivery Controller に Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 アプリケーションを追加します。
    これで、Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 が仮想アプリとして Citrix StoreFront に登録されます。
  5. Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 が Citrix StoreFront から利用できることを確認します。
    Automation Anywhere remote agent for Citrix 2.0 リモート エージェントの Citrix StoreFront 名は「A360 リモート エージェント」です。
