Bot Agentの互換性

Bot Agentをインストールする前に、互換性のあるAutomation 360ビルドを確認してください。

ガイドライン

  • Bot Agentの更新が任意の場合、現在のリリースと互換性があるため、以前のいずれかの (任意) リリースのBot Agentを引き続き使用できます。
    たとえば、v.26 では Bot Agentの更新は任意です。 そのため、v.25 リリースの Bot Agentを引き続き使用できます。 いつでも Bot Agentの最新バージョンをダウンロードしてインストールすることができます。
    注: Bot Agent の最新バージョンの可用性に関するアラートは、以前のバージョンの Bot Agent が実行されているデバイスに接続している場合、ログイン画面に表示されます。
  • Control Room のバージョンは、対応するバージョンまたは以前のバージョンの Bot Agent のみと互換性があります。

    たとえば、v.26 の Control Room を使用している場合、v.26 またはそれ以前のバージョンでリリースされた Bot Agent バージョンを使用できます。 ただし、v.26 の Bot Agent より後の Control Room バージョンは使用できません。

  • Community Editionでは、Bot Agentの更新が必要な場合、Bot Agentは自動的に互換バージョンに更新されます。
  • Control Room内の Bot Agent バージョンは XX.YY.0 という形式で表示され、サブバージョンは 0 として表示されます。 しかし、Microsoft Windows のコントロール パネルに表示されるバージョンは、XX.YY.22 のように (0 ではなく) 特定のサブバージョン番号を示します。 つまり、Bot Agent バージョンが Control Room で 22.40.0（Automation 360 v.32 と互換性あり）の場合、コントロールパネル に表示されるバージョンは 22.40.20 です。
  • 新しいリリースの最新バージョンのパッケージを使用したい場合は、任意であっても、Bot Agentの最新バージョンへの更新が必要になる場合があります。
  • Windows Server 2012 以前のバージョンのオペレーティング システムで Bot Agentを更新する場合は、オペレーティング システムの制限事項により、更新中に予期しないシステム再起動が発生することがあります。
