Use Prompt Templates in a Task Bot (Citizen Developer)
This is the final step in the process of using a predefined Prompt Template in your automation. You created a Model connection, then a Prompt Template and connected the two, and finally you would add the action to your automation.
A Citizen Developer, would use the Prompt Templates made available to
them in the Generative AI Prompt Template package, and use them in their
automation.
注: Pro Developer could also perform this
task.
前提条件
- Role: AAE_Basic, Citizen Developer Custom role
- Permission: Bot Creator
Other requirements:
Besides the roles and permissions you would require the
following:
- If you are going to run bots in a different environment than the one you created them in, then as a prerequisite step, you would have to migrate the bots along with the Prompt Template dependencies. For details see Exporting a Prompt Template.
- To test a Model connection, you must be connected to a Bot Agent (v22.60.10 and above). As part of the test, you would have to run the bot on your desktop. Hence ensure the Bot Agent is configured to your user. If you have to switch connection to a different Control Room, see: Control Room インスタンス間でのデバイス登録の切り替え.
