Activities

Create, view, and manage all tasks and milestones required to implement an automation opportunity. You can add new activities and enter key details such as name, type, status, start date, and due date, then track them visually on a Gantt chart.
The Activities tab is where you plan, track, and manage the individual tasks needed to implement an automation opportunity. This section becomes active after an opportunity has moved into the In Progress stage, at which point you can create, edit, assign, and monitor implementation activities directly from this page.
After activities are created, they appear in both a list and a Gantt chart style view, providing a clear picture of their timing within the project lifecycle. You can also edit activity details or open them for more comprehensive updates as work progresses. This centralized view offers real-time visibility into what is planned, what is on track, and where attention might be needed throughout the automation delivery process. At the top of the tab, activity summary tiles provide an at-a-glance snapshot of delivery health, displaying the total number of activities and how many are completed, on track, at risk, or off track based on their status. These summary indicators enable the opportunity owner and team to quickly assess overall progress and identify areas that require attention.
The central part of the tab features a combined list and Gantt chart view. On the left, each activity is displayed by name and type and on the right, activities are plotted along a time axis according to their start and due dates, providing a visual schedule of when work is occurring. Timeline zoom controls (week, month, quarter, year) allow you to adjust the time scale to suit different planning needs. Hovering over an activity marker on the Gantt chart reveals additional details, and clicking an activity name opens it for editing or review.
Clicking Create activity opens a modal where you enter key details such as activity name, type, status, start date, and due date. Once saved, the activity appears in both the list and the Gantt chart, and its status is reflected in the summary counts above.
See Create and manage activity.
If a task is no longer relevant, you can open its detailed page and delete it to keep the activity plan up to date. This ensures that implementation plans remain accurate and aligned with actual progress, enabling transparent collaboration among all stakeholders.
