Support for Web triggers in macOS

Microsoft 365 Outlook web triggers are now available on macOS automations. You can use Microsoft 365 Outlook web triggers to trigger automation that you create on the macOS platform when an event occurs in the Microsoft 365 Outlook mailbox. Web triggers provide real-time responses and eliminate the need for manual intervention to start automations.

Support for server-side filters in web triggers

The Microsoft 365 Outlook web trigger now supports server-side filters. Use the Query option or Condition option to create filters with native Microsoft 365 Outlook options such as email sender, email priority, email subject, attachments in the email, and email flag status.

Fix

Connectivity issues are no longer encountered when you run a bot using Microsoft 365 Outlook trigger as the user profile read permission is no longer required. Therefore, if a trigger is set for your bot to run when an email is received in Microsoft 365 Outlook, the bot will now run successfully.
