The Save as Aktion in the Excel Advanced Paket enables you to save the current workbook in a specified location.

Vorbereitungen

The Save as Aktion is supported for .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm and .csv file extensions.

Prozedur

  1. Use the File path field to enter the location or click Browse to select the location where you want to save the current Microsoft Excel workbook.
    (Optional) If you have created a variable to store the file path, click Insert a value icon to select it.
  2. If you have a workbook with the same name in the specified location, select the Replace existing file check box to replace it.
  3. Use one of the following options to provide session name:
    • Session name - Enter the name of the session used to open the workbook with the Open Aktion. See Verwendung der Aktion „Öffnen“ für Excel Advanced.
    • Variable - Enter the basic session variable that you have added in the Set session variable Aktion or from the parent Bot.
