Use the Start Pipeline Accelerator Session to create the session with CoE Manager. This is the first action you must use followed by other actions to automate CoE Manager-related tasks.

Settings

  • Start the Pipeline Accelerator session.
  • In the Session name field, specify a descriptive session name.
  • In the Shibumi base URL field, provide the root URL, https://app.shibumi.com.
  • In the Shibumi enterprise ID field, enter the unique ID associated with your enterprise in CoE Manager. To get the value of the enterprise ID, in your CoE Manager instance, navigate to Admin-Advanced > Additional Settings and copy the value in the Enterprise ID field.
  • In the Shibumi program Id field, enter the ID that identifies the program within CoE Manager. To get the program ID, in your CoE Manager instance, click the menu (three vertical dots) next to the profile icon and select Info. Copy the value in the ID field.
  • In the Shibumi app name field, enter the application name associated with your CoE Manager instance. To get the app name, in your CoE Manager instance, navigate to Admin-Advanced > Additional Settings and copy the value in the App field.
  • In the Client ID field, enter the authentication credential for API access.
  • In the Client secret, enter the secret key paired with the client ID for authentication.
  • In the API username field, enter the username for API authentication.
  • In the API password field, provide the password for API authentication.
    Note: To obtain the Client ID, Client secret, API username, and API password fields, contact Automation Anywhere Support. You can use one of the following options to specify the Client ID, Client secret, API username, and API password:
    • Credential: Enables you to use a value in the credential vault that contains information about the Client ID, Client secret, username, and password.
    • Variable: Enables to use a user-defined variable that contains information about the Client ID, Client secret, username, and password.
    • Insecure string: Enables you to enter the Client ID, Client secret, username, and password manually.
