Process Composer and Co-Pilot for Business Users

As a Bot Creator user, you can create a process automation in Process Composer and then run the process automation in Automation Co-Pilot as an automated task.

Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users is a user-interface that enables real-time communication between users and bots. Using Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users, you can automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, navigate controls, and input data when interacting with a customer.

As a Bot Creator user, you can configure a process automation in the Process Composer in the Control Room. Using the Process Composer drag-and-drop interface, users can create process automations and configure when a bot should be executed. It also displays correct data to users and exchanges that data across multiple teams.
