Edit slide text content action

The Edit slide text content action in the Apple Keynote package enables you to modify or replace text on the active slide. It enables automated updates to title, body, and other text elements, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring presentations remain accurate and up to date.
Settings
- Use the Session name field to select one of the following
options:
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
to open the presentation with the Open
action.
(Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.
- Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
to open the presentation with the Open
action.
- If you want to update the Title and Body of
the active slide, from the Slide content option, enter
the data in the following fields:
- Title: Enter the title of the specific slide.
- Body: Enter the main content of the slide.
You can select the Hide text option to hide the Title or Body text in the active slide.
Note: To update text boxes other than the title and body, modify their values in the table variable retrieved by the Get Slide Content action and then pass the updated table to update the content in the table variable. You can use the Data Table package to update these values. - In the Update content from table variable option, select the table variable out that you get from the Get slide content action to store all text from the active slide. This variable will be used to update the slide’s text content.
