Get insights into your automation performance, focusing on metrics such as benefits realized, failed execution costs, and the number of failed executions. Additionally, the graphical insights including trends in benefits realized and executions per month, offer a clear, data-driven analysis of automation impact.
This helps identify cost inefficiencies and track the financial and operational success of automations and take corrective actions for failed executions which enables more enhanced automation outcomes. You can filter opportunities by business unit or date range for data and insights on specific opportunities.
Clicking the achievement cards above provides a breakdown of opportunities in the deployed stage, categorized by business unit and the benefits realized for each. Selecting an opportunity name opens hyperlinks for each opportunity, enabling direct navigation to the respective opportunity pages for detailed insights.
Benefits realized
Benefits realized widget shows the actual benefits achieved through successful execution of automation opportunities along with the total number of successful executions. It provides a clear overview of the actual value generated from completed initiatives, allowing you to measure the financial impact and operational success of the automation efforts. It provides actionable insights into the effectiveness of deployments, helping evaluate success and identify patterns to improve future initiatives.
Benefits achieved %
This widget provides a percentage-based view of how much of the targeted benefits have been realized from the executed initiatives. By comparing the actual benefits achieved to the forecasted or expected benefits, it reflects the success rate of completed initiatives. This allows you to monitor performance, assess the impact of the efforts, and identify any gaps in meeting the set goals. The visual representation of this data helps ensure accountability and promotes better alignment with organizational objectives.
Failed execution cost
Displays the total financial impact of initiatives that were not successfully executed. This metric helps understand the cost implications of failed projects, enabling you to analyze patterns and identify areas for improvement in execution strategies. These clear insights into the losses enhance decision-making processes and help reduce future risks and inefficiencies. In addition, the widget provides details of the opportunities associated with those failed executions. It includes a cost breakdown by opportunity, enabling you to pinpoint specific areas of failure and assess their individual financial impacts. This detailed view supports targeted corrective actions and prevents similar issues in the future.
Failed executions
Shows the total number of opportunities with failed executions along with the total monetary benefits missed due to these failures. It also provides a breakdown of failed executions by business unit that helps pinpoint where the failures occurred within the organizational structure. As the widget provides insight into the financial impact of unsuccessful initiatives, it allows you to identify problematic areas, analyze failure patterns, and take corrective actions to mitigate future losses and improve execution success rates.
You can also see a graphical overview of benefits realized and executions per month to analyze the achieved successes and execution trends that also helps in making informed decisions.
The Automation Opportunities table provides a detailed, tabular view of all opportunities in the Deployed stage. It includes key information such as the opportunity name, associated business unit, how the process is measured, forecasted savings, benefits realized, failure cost percentage, cost of failed executions, opportunity source, and implementation and last updated dates.
