Save all attachments action
Use the Save all attachments action to save attachments from all emails on the email server to a specified folder.
Settings

In the Session name field, enter the name of the session that you used to connect to the email server in the Connect action.
- Select which emails to save Read,
Unread, or Both.Note: For an email server that uses the POP3 protocol, all emails are retrieved.You can use the Retain email status (not applicable for POP3) check box to retain the original email status when retrieving emails from the mailbox.
- If checked, emails retrieved from the mailbox will retain their original status.
- If unchecked, unread emails will be marked as read after processing.
Note: This option does not apply to emails accessed through POP3. - In the From a specific folder (optional) field, enter the folder path from which you want to save the attachments.
- In the Save attachments to folder field, specify the
location to save the attachments.Note: This field is not case-sensitive.
- Overwrite file(s): Select this option to overwrite an existing file with the same name. If this option is not selected, the downloaded attachment is saved with the same filename suffixed with a numeric value; it does not overwrite the existing file.
Note:
- You can save attachments with a filename that contains a TAB character.
- You created automation on the Windows platform and connected it to the Outlook server, images embedded in the emails are downloaded along with attachments.
