What's changed

Fixes
When you use Microsoft 365 OneDrive > Download file action to download a file and then use the File > Rename action to rename that downloaded file running in a loop, the bot now runs successfully. Previously, the bot failed and the following error message was displayed: `Unable to proceed with the action as the file is being used by another process` Service Cloud Case ID: 01925742
