Using Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users on desktop
Use Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users through your desktop to manage routine tasks such as validating data, retrieving approvals, and managing escalations through bots.
The following workflow describes how to use Automation Co-Pilot to automate and
manage your tasks:
- Create a user:
- The Control Room administrator creates a user with a Bot Creator license.
- The user logs in to the Control Room to start building bots.
Install Bot Agent and register device | Get started building automations
- Create forms using the Interactive forms package:
- Interactive forms enable you to design forms for submitting and regrouping data from various applications.
- Link the form to a newly created bot or an existing bot using the Bot editor interface.
- Add triggers to the bot:
Trigger loop enables you to add triggers that can run a task automatically when certain predefined events occur.

Additionally as a Bot Creator with an attended license, you can select how to locally execute bots on your desktop to ensure sensitive data remains secure within your On-Premises environment.
