Save attachments and Save all attachments action in the Apple Mail package
Use the Save attachments action to save attachments from a specific email to a designated folder and the Save all attachments action to save all email attachments from the Apple Mail to a specific folder.
Save attachments
Use this action within a Loop action to iterate through emails.
- In the Session name field, enter the session name that you have used in the Connect action.
- In the Save attachments to folder field, enter the filepath of the folder where you want to save the email attachments.
- (Optional): Use the Overwrite file(s) check
box if you do not want to overwrite any existing files in the folder.Note: The Overwrite file(s) option is enabled by default.
Save all attachments
- In the Session name field, enter the session name that you have used in the Connect action.
- From the Status of email field, select the emails
with one of the following statuses from which you want to save the
attachments:
- Read: emails that are in Read status.
- Unread: emails that are in Unread status.
- Both: emails in Read and Unread status.
- In the From specific folders field, enter the folder
path from which you want to save the attachments.
For example, Inbox\folder1;Inbox\folder2. Although multiple folder paths separated by semicolon are supported in this field, the regular expressions are not supported.
- (Optional): In the When subject contains
field, enter keywords separated by semicolons from the email attachments
that you want to save.Note:
- macOS does not support case-sensitivity.
- Use semi-colon (;) to separate the multiple keywords.
- (Optional): In the From specific senders
field, specify the senders email addresses.
For multiple senders, use semi-colon (;) to separate the email addresses.
- In the Save attachments to folder field, enter the filepath of the folder where you want to save the email attachments.
- (Optional): Clear the Overwrite file(s) check
box if you do not want to overwrite any existing files in the folder.Note: The Overwrite file(s) option is enabled by default.
