What's new

Support for web triggers

The Microsoft 365 Outlook package is updated to support web triggers. The Microsoft 365 Outlook web trigger allows you to run automation by receiving real-time notification and data from Microsoft 365 Outlook. See Web triggers for more information.

Previously, the trigger listener was not working intermittently and was unable to process tasks even if the emails were sent multiple times.

Fix

Connectivity issues are no longer encountered when you run a bot using Microsoft 365 Outlook trigger as the user profile read permission is no longer required. Therefore, if a trigger is set for your bot to run when an email is received in Microsoft 365 Outlook, the bot will now run successfully.
