Workload package updates

Review the updates in released versions of the Workload package such as new and enhanced features as well as fixes and limitations. The page also lists the release dates of each version, and the compatible Control Room and Bot Agent versions.

  • To download an individual package (updated in an Automation 360 release where you want only the package), use this URL:

  • For Workload package, the naming convention is: bot-command-wlm-<version.number>.jar

    For example, bot-command-wlm-2.10.1-20220512-164301.jar

Fix
If there are a large number of queues (more than 100), some of them might spillover to the next page. When you use the Insert work item action to insert work items into such queues that spillover to next page, the errors are no longer displayed during the bot runtime and the work items are now inserted successfully.

A new action called Update work item is now available in the Workload package that enables you to update a work item.

Fix
When you use a queue created in any non-English language (such as Korean) in the Insert work item action, the bot no longer encounters a runtime error and is executed successfully.

Limitation

In the Update work item action, only static values are supported in the Value field when you add a record in the Work item values > Record option.

Workaround: Although variables are accepted in the Value field, the variables are not parsed when you add the record. You can select the Variable option in the Work item values field if you intend to add a record with custom values.
