Process Composer roles and permissions

As an Admin, you can create custom Process Composer roles in the Control Room and set very granular user permissions to fit within any specific organizational security policies. You are not required to use the default system-defined roles provided by applications.

You can define users with specific roles and permissions to use different features in Process Composer and Automation Co-Pilot to automate business processes as per your organization's requirements. Users can be broadly characterized into the following categories:

  • Users who access the Automation 360 Control Room to build automation processes in the Process Composer.
  • End-users who run automation processes using Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users from the Cloud or desktop.
  • The Admin or team manager persona who is responsible for configuring Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users.

As a Control Room Admin, you can create users and assign them the following Process Composer roles and permissions related to tasks, requests, and processes:

AAE_Robotic Interface User

User has the ability to:
  • Reassign my group tasks

  • Delete my requests

AAE_Robotic Interface Manager User has the ability to:
  • Reassign my group tasks

  • Delete my requests

    • Delete my group requests

AAE_Robotic Interface Admin

User has the ability to:
  • View and manage all processes

  • View all requests from public processes

    • View all requests from public and private processes

  • Delete my requests

    • Delete my group requests

    • Delete all requests

  • View all tasks from public processes

    • View all tasks from public and private processes

  • Reassign my group tasks

    • Reassign all tasks
