Prompting for a process
- Updated: 2024/12/18
Co-Pilot for Automators provides a robust set of features that enhance creation and management of process automation.
Co-Pilot for Automators (Co-Pilot) significantly enhances development by streamlining the effort of adding nodes and mapping tasks within an automation workflow. It reduces human effort by automating the attachment and mapping of entities to process nodes, allowing developers to focus on more complex aspects of automation. By entering a set of instructions, developers can leverage Co-Pilot to render the necessary structure, sequence, and set configurations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This tool is particularly impactful in areas requiring precise task mapping and node configuration, ultimately accelerating development and overcoming common challenges.

Capabilities
Co-Pilot supports the following features in the Process Composer. Consider describing the following in a natural language prompt.
- Add an Approval Task.
- Users can add an Approval Task to the process. Some manual configuration is required to assign users, roles, and teams for the requests and approvals. Also, the form used in the Approval Task should preexist to easily attach during configuration.
- Add an API Task.
- Users can add any API Task, existing in the Control Room, by referencing the title of the API Task. The closest matching API Task is added to the end of the process.
- Add a Document Automation learning instance.
- Add a relevant learning instance referenced in Document Automation. Support for learning instance in a process
- Add and edit conditions of a node.
- Describe the conditions of a node for the process flow, such as: boolean, string, datetime, numeric.
- Update operation for supported properties.
- Update a supported property of one or multiple nodes by detailing the change and selecting the nodes where changes apply. Example of select and edit via prompt
