Delete all action
Use the Delete all action in Email package to delete read, unread or all emails from the specified folder.
Settings
- In the Session name field, enter the name of the session that you used to connect to the email server in the Connect action.
- In the From specific folders (optional) field, specify
the folder from which to delete the emails. For example,
Inbox/folder1; Inbox/folder2 or Inbox/test*.Note:
- Microsoft Outlook does not allow the use of wildcards (*) to run a search on folder filters. You must specify all the folders individually in the From specific folders field.
- Both EWS and email server allow the use of wildcards and supports partial matching. For example, you can specify Inbox/test* to match Inbox/test1, Inbox/test2.
- If you are using the POP3 protocol, you can delete emails from Inbox only.
- Select the All, Read, or
Unread option to specify the type of email you want
to delete. Note:
- For an email server using the POP3 protocol, this action deletes all the email messages.
- Microsoft Outlook does not currently support this action.

Optional: Specify any of the
following conditions:

When subject contains: Enter keywords separated
by semicolons.Note: This field is not case sensitive. You can enter keywords in the When subject contains field. If you add keywords inside a pair of double quotation marks, the bot will search for an exact match of keywords and the case you used to filter and retrieve emails.
- From specific senders: Enter senders' email addresses separated by semicolons.
- When received date is on or after or When received date is before: Select a datetime variable from the list.
Note: This action is not supported for Gmail because Gmail does not support folders. -
