Enable Cloud Extraction Service for an existing learning instance to process documents on Cloud.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have purchased Document AI Credits. See Understanding licenses in Document Automation and Using Automation credits.
Important: If you have modified the default Automation Co-Pilot process for the learning instance to include any pre-processing or post-processing automation workflow, perform one of the following options:
  • Replace the Extraction Bot with the Document Extraction task with the Cloud extraction document processing option selected and updated the required fields in the Automation Co-Pilot process. See Add Document Extraction Task to a process automation.
  • Add the automation workflow manually into the process after selecting the Cloud extraction option.

Procedure

Copy the learning instance for which you need to enable the Cloud Extraction Service and select the Cloud extraction option in the Process document using section. See Copy a learning instance in Document Automation.
