Control Room installation

The Control Room provides centralized management for a digital workforce and is deployed on a server in a data center. For more information, see Installing Control Room On-Premises.

Bot Agent installation

Bot Agent is a lightweight application that enables you to run automations on your device by connecting it to the Control Room. Ensure that Bot Agent is installed on your macOS device. For more information, see .

Device pools

Device pools are a logical grouping of devices on which you can run your workload management automations. For example, you can group the devices (system-wide type) of a specific department or unit and create a device pool. For more information, see See About device pools.

Supported browser and extension

Browser enables you to access Control Room and download Bot Agent to your macOS device. Only Google Chrome and Safari browsers are currently supported.
Note: An error is displayed when you try and access Control Room from an unsupported browser.

When you install Bot Agent, a prompt to install Automation 360 extension that is used to automate web applications might be displayed. Ensure that you install and enable this extension.
