Processes by business unit
This widget provides a breakdown of processes by department, displaying the count of identified processes in a graphical format. Clicking any bar on the graph for each business unit reveals the processes within that unit. Additionally, hyperlinks on each process allow direct navigation to the process page, that includes:
- Process details: Name, description, and idea submission date.
- Savings versus benefits chart: A filterable chart (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) to compare achieved benefits against forecasts for performance evaluation.
- Realized benefits: Insights into benefits achieved along with the number of paths within the process.
- Expected savings: Estimated savings per path in both monetary value and hours.
- Process paths overview: A table displaying detailed information on each path, including name, stage, associated business unit, expected savings (money and hours), realized benefits, and idea submission date. Clicking a path hyperlink navigates to its dedicated path page for more in-depth insights.
Benefits realized for process
Provides a graphical representation of forecasted versus realized benefits over different time periods (week, month, quarter, year). Clicking any bar on the graph for each business unit reveals the processes within that unit. Hyperlinks on each process allow direct navigation to the process page, that includes information on the process details, savings versus benefits chart, realized benefits, expected savings, and an overview of the process paths as described in the Processes by business unit section.
The Processes table offers a comprehensive, tabular view of all processes, displaying relevant details such as process name, associated business unit, benefits realized, expected savings (both monetary and time-based), and idea submission date.
