Edit widget settings

You can edit widget settings to customize the general and advanced settings (such as chart title, chart type, metric, limit, and so on). You can build custom widgets with a custom filter, thereby increasing the data visualization effectiveness in the Document Workspace dashboard.

Prerequisites

Users with access to Document Automation can view and customize the Document Workspace dashboard without additional permissions.

Procedure

  1. Open the Document Workspace dashboard.
  2. Click the three dots icon in the required widget and click Settings.
    Note: You can edit these widgets only: Number of uploaded pages, Number of uploaded documents, Extraction time per documents, Validator performance by # of documents validated, and Validator performance by weighted average validation time.
  3. In the Edit Chart window, define the settings.
    • General Settings
      • Chart Title: Title of the chart (for example, Number of uploaded documents).
      • Chat Type: Type of the chart. See Bot Insight visualizations.
      • Group By: Groups the data by Learning Instance Name, Document Type, Created On, OCR Engine, User Name, Processing Phase, Status, Start Time, and End Time.
      • Date Interval: The unit of interval (such as Hour, Day, Week, Month, and Year) in which data is presented.
      • Metric: Compares or assesses data by Page Count, Processing Time Ms, and Volume.
    • Advanced Settings
      • Limit: Limit for the X-axis and Y-axis values.
      • Sort By: Sorts the data by Volume and Start Time.
      • Sort Order: Order in which data is sorted (for example, Descending or Ascending).
  4. Click Next.
  5. Confirm the settings and click Finish.
