Baseline performance and influencing factors
A performance baseline of 2,400 pages per day per Bot Runner is used for guidance.
Performance can be influenced by several factors, including the following:
- Document complexity: Complex documents (for example, multiple tables and images) require more processing time.
- Document quality: Low-quality documents might need additional processing time
- Configuration: The number of form fields, table fields, validation rules, and post-processing steps affects processing speed.
- AI model: Different AI models have varying speeds.
- Workflow load: Larger queue sizes and a higher number of concurrent tasks can extend processing times.
Baseline assumptions
- Document Type: Standard one-page documents.
- Field Count: 6 form fields, 4 table fields.
- Quality: Clear, readable documents.
- Workflow: Default process with a download step.
- OCR Provider: ABBYY OCR.
- Extraction Provider: Automation Anywhere without Large Language Models (LLMs).
If your configuration deviates from the baseline, detailed guidance for adapting to these variations is provided in the subsequent sections.
