Platform events
This category notifies you about events related to the Automation 360 and package updates, device pool, and licenses.
These event notifications are sent to users based on their role and
permissions defined in the Control Room. The following
table lists examples of the platform events and its
severity:

Create or update device pool | Device pool owners | Email report |
Enable or disable user account | Notifies only respective users about user account related events such as account enabled or disabled. You can take necessary actions to manage or retain your user account. | Instant notification |
Expired token | An email notification sent to users who have the Manage
connections permission. This static information notifies
users about events related to expired tokens and provides steps to
complete the task and re-authenticate for new set of tokens.

login attempts. Note: A Control Room
administrator configures the number of maximum allowed invalid login
