You can add Go to to navigate to other tasks in the process automation.

The Go To event node is a navigation element within a process automation workflow that enables the process to jump directly to another task or section, bypassing the standard sequential flow. You can use it in the following scenario:
  • Reusing the same task in multiple places
  • Simplifying complex branching
  • Improving modularity and reducing duplicate steps

Settings

From the Event: Go to panel:
  1. In the Target task field, the drop-down menu will show various task options based on the tasks you have added to the process. You can select a task, such as a Bot task or a Form task, to which you want to navigate.

    You can click the Jump to target icon to navigate directly to another task in the process.

  2. Depending on the task you selected, you have an option to override the input values you had set in a task. For example, in the Select target task field, you selected the Bot task, and if you had set some input values in the bot task such as (Document ID, Document Type), you can overwrite them.
  3. Click Save to save the process automation.
