IQ Bot Cloud end-of-life FAQ
Automation Anywhere is announcing end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support for IQ Bot Cloud. Customers with active support contracts will continue to receive support for critical security issues from Automation Anywhere through the duration of the EOL window.
Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and related information provide insight into various aspects related to EoL of IQ Bot Cloud.
- What is the impact of IQ Bot Cloud EoL?
- Automation 360 IQ Bot Cloud will go
EoL in March 2026.
- With this EoL announcement, Automation Anywhere will no longer offer any IQ Bot Cloud updates and enhancements to the customers.
- Additionally, IQ Bot Cloud will no longer be available for the customers within their Control Room environments.
- At the EoL date, IQ Bot Cloud will be highlighted as EoL on all product documentation, community forums, marketing materials, and all the support portals.
- What does this mean for my IQ Bot Cloud renewal?
- Customers that are currently entitled to IQ Bot
Cloud will no longer be able to renew it independently
or as part of a bundle after the EoL date. Document Automation as
a product capability will be available to Automation Anywhere customers. Document Automation provides extraction capabilities on multiple
document types with various built-in capabilities such as document
processing workflow, feedback-based improvements, and generative AI. Note: To get more information on your renewal options and way forward with Document Automation, work with your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or account team.
- Can I purchase IQ Bot Cloud between now and the EoL date?
- No new purchases of IQ Bot Cloud is allowed after the EoL announcement.
- What happens to my learning instances and associated data on my IQ Bot Cloud instances?

- All data will be stored in the customers' instance and will remain until the termination of the customer contract.
- Using IQ Bot - Document Automation Bridge
package, it will be possible for you to run your
“As-Is” learning instance setup within Document Automation. You can export the learning instances and import them in Document Automation. Note: For more information about IQ Bot - Document Automation Bridge package, see IQ Bot - DA Bridge package and for related recommendations on when to use this package, see Applicable scenarios to use the Bridge package. All IQ Bot Cloud customers who use the IQ Bot - Document Automation Bridge features will be charged Document Automation pages. - How will my document extraction bots work going forward?
- Document Automation as a product capability will be available to
Automation Anywhere customers. Document Automation provides

- I am an IQ Bot On-Premises customer. When the product reaches EoL, will it still function as it currently does?

- For IQ Bot On-Premises customers, the product will continue to operate until the license server key expires (even if that date is further after the EoL date).
- For IQ Bot Cloud customers, when the EoL date expires, customers will no longer be able to create support cases via A-People and no enhancements or fixes will be available. Customer instances will not be accessible after the EoL date and Cloud services cannot be renewed or extended after the EoL date.
- Can customer data be extracted?

- Yes, a customer can request an export of relevant IQ Bot Cloud data by creating a support ticket: Open a support case (A-People login required).
- Alternatively, you can also export your learning instances backup as .iqba files. For more details, see Backup and export learning instance.
- How will support service-level agreement (SLA) work post EoL announcement?
- Standard support will be provided and applicable for IQ Bot Cloud until the EoL date expires. When the EoL date expires, support and help documentation topics will no longer be available to any customers.
- What will be the product maintenance plan during EoL window?
- IQ Bot Cloud will receive any critical security updates and patches as deemed necessary by Automation Anywhere until the EoL date, post which no additional updates will be made available.
