Highlights of this release
- Data extraction using generative AI
- Extract data using generative AI's out-of-the-box solution: Generative AI's data extraction provides an easy-to-implement solution that simplifies the process of building custom models. With enhanced accuracy and seamless integration, a Document Automation admin can extract data from a supply chain and free-form text documents to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Generative AI packages
- Use our new Generative AI package containing native integrations with
hyperscaler LLMs: With the Generative AI package, developers can
easily use large language models (LLMs) within Automation 360 to build out their automations. Supported
LLMs include:
- Google Vertex AI
- Azure OpenAI
- OpenAI
- Developer experience enhancements
- Use automation templates to quickly build automations: Professional and Citizen developers can quickly and easily build automations by selecting from a list of predefined templates. Additionally, Professional developers can create custom templates to build automations for specific business use cases.
- Multi-user processes with approvals
- Automate complex processes with hand-offs and approvals in a single
process: Using Process Composer, process builders can easily
automate complex processes that span across multiple users and require
complex hand-offs (such as group approval) in a single
process.
- Enterprise security updates
- Customize system roles for increased cybersecurity protection: Based on your organization's requirements, you can now define and configure customized roles with greater granularity to align permissions using the principles of least privileges. You are no longer restricted to using predefined system roles provided by Automation 360.
