Review some best practices when using the Suggest next actions feature.

Keep in mind the following best practices when you use the Suggest next actions to get optimum results.
  • GenAI-based suggestions are contextual to the selected action and other existing actions in the automation.
  • The AI model provides better suggestions when enough actions are available in the automation to provide the context of the use case being automated.

    For example, if you add just one action and look for suggestions, the suggestions might be different from the use case being automated. However, if there are enough actions to provide better context to the use case, the recommendations are likely to be more specific to the use case.

  • Limited support is available for actions such as IF/ELSE, Loop, and Step. When you use IF/ELSE and Loop actions, we recommend selecting the condition and iterator, respectively, to get accurate suggestions.
  • If suggested actions are not displayed in the Suggested next actions window and the following message is displayed, you can either try requesting suggestions again or add more actions before requesting for suggestions.
