Support for learning instance in a process
When you enter a prompt in the Co-Pilot chat window that refers to a data extraction or data processing task from documents, the system can detect the relevant learning instance process in Document Automation and add the task to a process in the Process Composer with the details.
This feature can automate creating a process in the Process Composer referencing a single or multiple learning instances based on the data processing task required.
Let us go over a use case to understand how the feature works.
A customer had made an online purchase from the Walmart store and would like to return the items as they do not meet requirements. The customer has reached out to the customer service agent, starting the return process. The customer service agent will run a process automation that has been created in the Automation Anywhere Process Composer to run the return process.
Prerequisites
- Ensure there's a learning instance created in Document Automation configured to extract receipt data from Walmart receipts with the learning instance name Walmart.
- You have permission to access the learning instance.
- You have Co-Pilot for Automators license to access and use the Co-Pilot feature.
These are steps for creating a process for this use case using Co-Pilot for Automators.
