Bulk import previously created data such as opportunities, workstreams, integrations, opportunity sources, activities, and so on into a program in CoE Manager.

In this procedure, you will use the export and import feature to export the template from CoE Manager to your local machine. The template is downloaded in the form of a .xls file. This template is pre-filled if there is existing data. If there is no data in CoE Manager, the exported template will only contain headers in it. You must create business units before exporting the template. See Set up organization hierarchy and link opportunities.

Once you export the template (.xls file), fill in or replace existing data and import this .xls file from your local machine into your CoE Manager instance.
