Generative AI package
- Updated: 2025/04/04
Generative AI models use deep learning techniques, particularly generative models such as Large Language Models (LLMs). LLMs are deep learning models trained on massive datasets of text to generate human-like text or language-based content. With Automation Anywhere's Generative AI packages, you can select the model that best fits your automation needs.
To leverage the AI Governance capabilities, including the logging of Generative AI prompts and events, an Enterprise Platform license is required. This logging functionality helps organizations effectively track and manage their AI usage and ensure compliance with internal regulations and governance policies, while AI Guardrails provide an inline interception mechanism that protects sensitive data and ensures ethical AI practices. When AI Guardrails are triggered, detailed information such as guardrail's name, unique ID, and toxicity level is automatically captured in the logs. For more information on AI Governance and AI Guardrails, see AI Governance and AI Guardrails.
On-premises Generative AI users, make sure you allow access to essential provider domains like OpenAI, Vertex AI, Azure AI, and Amazon Bedrock through your firewalls. Verify that these providers have unblocked connectivity.
