Highlights of this release

Here are the top features in the v.32 release:

GenAI enhanced Document Automation
We've significantly improved document extraction in Document Automation by integrating GenAI technology. You can now easily extract table data from unstructured documents using simple natural language queries, making document processing faster and more accurate.

In addition, GenAI functionality is now available to On-Premises customers as well.

See Document Automation data extraction using generative AI.

Generative Recorder
Generative Recorder enables developers to configure automation resiliency, addressing scenarios where updates to Cloud applications historically led to automation failures. This feature offers insights into fallback decisions influenced by GenAI. Additionally, developers can use GenAI recommendations to automatically update UI element paths within automations, ensuring robust automation.

In addition, customers can boost automation resiliency by capturing and uploading the most recent 5 minutes of automation execution, streamlining the process of troubleshooting issues by swiftly pinpointing the root cause of failures.

Note: These features are only available to Cloud customers and require an additional license. Contact your Automation Anywhere account representative for more information.

See Generative Recorder | Record automation execution.

Generative AI packages for Google Gemini and OpenAI Assistant
Introducing native packages that offer a streamlined and efficient way to connect with advanced AI models such as Google Gemini and OpenAI Assistant. You can now easily plug in Google Gemini to supercharge your automation use cases across text, images, audio, video, and code data. OpenAI Assistants package enables easy integration of Assistants with Automation 360 automations, enhancing productivity and unlocking new possibilities in automation.

Generative AI Vertex AI Multimodal and OpenAI Assistant actions

Connector Builder and API-based automation
Integrate any Cloud application or service easily with our Connector Builder tool, enabling you to create custom connectors in minutes without Java expertise.
Also new is Run API Task directly from the Control Room for quick and efficient testing during development and execution of API Task in Cloud, without the need for Bot Runner or Bot Creator license.
Note: Connector Builder and API Task are only available for Cloud customers on AWS. Both these features require an additional license. Contact your Automation Anywhere account representative for more information.

See Connector Builder | Run API Tasks.

Desktop automations in Process Composer
Execute automations locally on the desktop of the Automation Co-Pilot user, ensuring sensitive data remains secure within your On-Premises environment. The local Bot Agent is dedicated to Automation Co-Pilot users, providing fast response times for customer service use cases. With the ability to execute automations in child windows, users can work in parallel without disruption, while process orchestration is seamlessly handled within Automation Co-Pilot.
