Save as PDF options
- Updated: 2025/07/24
Your users can download a PDF file of your documentation. This allows them to consume your content in a convenient format, offline.
When the current topic page is part of a bundle, a TOC is in place), then saving (downloading) a PDF of the following is supported.
- The current topic
- The current topic and its subtopics (Save selected topic and subtopics)
- The entire publication (Save all topics)

Note:
- The more content in each topic, the longer it takes to create the PDF. Saving a large amount of content could result in minutes of waiting before the PDF generates.
- The PDF begins to download when the content is ready, and a banner appears to let you know your selection was processed.
- When creating a PDF of topics that include subtopics, choose topics beneath the top level.
