PDF package updates

Review the updates in released versions of the PDF package such as new and enhanced features as well as fixes and limitations. The page also lists the release dates of each version, and the compatible Control Room and Bot Agent versions.

The following table lists the versions of PDF package released either with an Automation 360 release or as a package-only release (in descending order of release dates). Click the version link for information about updates in that package version.

  • To download an individual package (updated in an Automation 360 release where you want only the package), use this URL:

  • For PDF package, the naming convention is: bot-command-pdf-<version.number>.jar

    For example, bot-command-pdf-3.10.0.jar

What's changed
Improved view of extract fields area in PDF viewer

You can now scroll through the extracted field list in the PDF viewer when you open the PDF viewer from the PDF > Extract field action.

You can now extract a drop-down field from a specific PDF file successfully using the PDF > Extract field action.

When you use the PDF > Extract image action to save the PDF file as an image, you no longer encounter data loss in the extracted image and color and black rectangle issues in JPEG image extractions.
