2.10.0-20231009-044503

  • Compatible Bot Agent version: 20.11 or later
  • Compatible Control Room version: 8750 or later
What's changed
Enhanced security by disabling usage of angular brackets in naming dashboards (Service Cloud case ID: 01903104, 01919786, 01923036, 01953596, 01955610)

Added functionality to prevent usage of angular brackets (< or >) in dashboard or widget names. In Analyze package, the session or transaction names also do not allow angular brackets.

2.8.0-20230427-091823

  • Compatible Bot Agent version: 20.11 or later
  • Compatible Control Room version: 8750 or later
Fix
When you use the Analyze package in loop to run for higher number of times (For example, 113764), the number of documents pushed into Elasticsearch are matching correctly with the input record count. As a result, the business dashboard shows the correct data.

Previously, the input records count did not match with the number of records count in dashboard and you were not able to view the correct data in the business dashboard.
