As an administrator, you can view license details for the various licenses assigned to users from the Licenses page in the Control Room.

When a license type is available, the license link becomes activated on the Administration > Licenses page and you can click the activated license link to open the License details.

The License details page provides the following information:

Field/option Description
1 Displays the selected license and its description. You can click the drop­-down to select a different license to view the details.
2 Displays the following information:
  • User licenses: Displays the license type.
  • Total purchased: Displays the total number of licenses purchased.
  • Used in this Control Room: Displays the total number of licenses used in this Control Room where you are viewing the license information.
  • Used in other Control Rooms: Displays the total number of licenses used in other Control Room instances.
  • Remaining licenses: Displays the number of remaining licenses.
3 Usage details: Displays the license usage details by users in this Control Room and usage details for the license type across other Control Room instances.

This Control Room: Displays the Control Room name and the licenses allocated to the different users in this Control Room.

Control Room details: Displays the following information:

  • Control Room name: Displays the name of the Control Room where you are viewing the license information.
  • Licenses allocated: Displays the licenses used in the Control Room where you are viewing the license information.

User details: Displays the list of users using the license and their details. You can search for a specific user.

The following information is displayed for the users:

  • Username: Displays the username.
  • First name: Displays the first name of the user.
  • Last name: Displays the last name of the user.
  • Last login: Displays when the user was last logged in.
  • User status: Displays if the user is enabled or disabled.
  • Role: Displays the roles assigned to the user.
  • Last modified: Displays when the user license was last modified.
  • Modified by: Displays the user who modified the user license.

To view user details, click the menu button and click View user to view the user information.
5 Other Control Rooms: Displays the other Control Room instances for the same account, and the number of licenses used in each Control Room instance.

Other Control Rooms details: Displays the Control Room instances and the licenses used in each Control Room instance. You can search for specific Control Room instances.

  • Control Room names: Displays the Control Room name. Click the name to view the Control Room.
  • License allocated: Displays the number of licenses used in the Control Room.
