You can now retain customizations for tables in the Control Room across different sessions and browsers. For example, if you have configured specific filtering, sorting, and layout for your automations, devices, policies, and credential pages, these settings are saved across sessions, providing a seamless and personalized experience every time you log in.

This feature is especially beneficial for users frequently switching between datasets or views, as it maintains specific configurations for each table, ensuring an efficient workflow.

For example, if you arrange columns to your preference, choose the name or column number to sort by, or select how many items you want to see per page, when you log out of the Control Room and log in back, you will see your settings have been retained.

Navigate through the Control Room to the following pages to see where these settings are applied (note that this is not an exhaustive list):
  • Home > Automation > Public tab.
  • Home > Automation > Private tab.
  • Administration > AI governance > AI prompt log page.
  • Administration > AI governance > Event log page.
  • Administration > Settings > Devices page.
  • Administration > Settings > Users page.
  • Administration > Settings > Policies page.
  • Administration > Settings > Compliance reports page.
  • Administration > Settings > Bot update page.
  • Manage > Queues page.
  • Manage > Packages page.
  • Manage > Credentials page.
  • Activity > Historical page.
  • Manage > Scheduled page.
  • Manage > Event triggers page.
  • Manage > OAuth connections page.
You can now export selected or filtered items directly from the table header for the following pages, as the filtering is specific to the table itself. At the page level, you only have the option to export all items. This ensures that your exports are precise and relevant to your current view:
  • Administration > AI governance > AI prompt log page.
  • Administration > AI governance > Event log page.
  • Administration > Audit log page.
