Review what's new and changed in CoE Manager v.36 release.

What's new

Visualize the impact of your automation program with velocity chart

Velocity chart provides insights into the flow of new ideas over time. This feature helps evaluate how efficiently opportunities move from idea to deployment stage while supporting automation budgeting by aligning with yearly forecasts.

A high velocity indicates a fast and agile environment, whereas a lower velocity might indicate bottlenecks. With this chart, you can make data-driven decisions to improve strategic planning and outcomes.

Dashboard

Opportunity history revision tracking (Service Cloud Case ID: 02163504)

You can now comprehensively track the historical changes to your opportunities ensuring a version history of key opportunity metrics is maintained. A new opportunity details history table is added to the Opportunity > Details tab that records all changes to the opportunity parameters. This allows you to compare original and updated values and track the evolution of opportunities across different stages and versions.

Ongoing automations continue tracking savings while future versions undergo development, ensuring a clear differentiation between production and non-production stages that provides improved project oversight. This feature enhances transparency and accuracy in maintaining opportunity changes, providing better visibility into modifications and ensuring more accurate ROI projections.

What's changed

Enhanced change request tracking

Change requests are now more flexible with user-defined categories, replacing the previous fixed options of Bug and Enhancement that allows you to define your own change request categories to better match your team's processes. Additionally, a new widget displays how long a request has been in the open status. These enhancements allow you to manage your projects directly within the CoE Manager, giving you a holistic view of the end-to-end process automation along with project and program management abilities within a single application. You can now manage your entire workflow in one place with customized categorization that fits your specific needs, providing a more flexible and efficient way to track and manage change requests.
