Incorporating validation feedback in export/import of learning instances
You can use the export and import feature, which enables you to export and import learning instances while retaining the pre-training information. This feature enables users to leverage pre-trained learning instances across different environments.
Validation feedback during export
- When you Export the learning instance, a pop-up window appears asking Do you want to include validation feedback).
- If you select Yes, the validation feedback will be
saved as part of the learning instance with a notification displaying
Export process successfully started.Note: When the export process is initiated, you can track the progress in the Notifications window. Notifications are available to keep you informed about the successful export.
- When the learning instance test file is exported successfully, click the file to download it in .dw format.
The information saved in these learning instances can contain various training sessions along with their corresponding feedback files. This enables you to transfer it to another instance and perform an Import operation.
Validation feedback during import
When you Import a file, a pop-up window appears asking How do you want to update this learning instance?. This window shows three options to select from (as shown in the following image):
- Merge validation feedback
- Replace validation feedback
- Update learning instance without validation feedback data
When the import process is initiated, you can track the progress in the Notifications window.
