Enhancement to the Bot Insight Delete API (Service Cloud case ID: 01939529)
The Delete Task log API now supports deleting specific transaction details in the Bot Insight database on a deployed bot. A new parameter transactionId is added in the Delete API, which allows you to delete any transaction within a runId using the API. This feature improves the accuracy and precision of data deletion and displays the accurate data on the Bot Insight dashboards.
Note: Bot Transaction Id is an optional field. If you provide the transactionId, then you must provide it with the runId.
