Use the Find next empty cell action to find the next empty
cell in the current worksheet.
To find the next empty cell, do the following:
Procedure

Double-click or drag the Find next empty cell action from
the Excel node in the Actions
palette.

Select the row or column option
from the Traverse by section to specify whether you want
to find the empty cell in a row or column.

Select the active cell or specific
cell option from the Start from section
to specify the point from where you want to start the search.

Select the string variable you want to use to store the address of the
empty cell from the Assign the output to variable
list.
The
Control Room shows a descriptive
default variable name. If you create several output
variables, subsequent variable names are appended
with a -1, -2, -3, and so
on to avoid duplication.

Enter
the name of the session used to open the workbook
with the Open
action.

Click Save.
