Extract data using Google Document AI

Configure the Google DocAI settings in the extraction bot of learning instances to use bring your own license (BYOL).
Prerequisites
- Ensure that you have configured service account key for your Google service account in the Control Room. See Configure bring your own key BYOK for Google CDE.
- Ensure that you have made note of the endpoint URL of your document processor. The endpoint URL is in the format: https://LOCATION-documentai.googleapis.com/v1/projects/PROJECT_ID/locations/LOCATION:fetchProcessorTypes. See Create a service account key.
- If you plan to use Google Cloud storage, ensure that you have made a note of the Cloud Storage bucket name. See About Cloud Storage buckets .
Procedure
- In the Service account option, enter the license credentials that contains your Google Document AI security token. If you do not want to use your own credentials, select the None option. Use the Credential, Variable, or Insecure string option to enter the service account credentials.
- In the Endpoint URL for document processor option, enter the URL for your service account.
- Optional: In the Cloud Storage bucket name (optional) option, enter the Cloud storage bucket name. If you have a document that contains more than 10 pages, input file and extraction results will be stored temporarily in this bucket.
