Leveraging the power of generative AI, automatically create automations for business processes from a Process Definition Document (PDD).

Prerequisites

  • Opportunity must be submitted from Process Discovery.
  • The opportunity must be assigned to a developer in CoE Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Control Room as a Bot Creator.
  2. Click the Notification icon.
    You will see a message indicating that a development task is assigned to you.
  3. Click the message in the notification.
    You are navigated to a folder in the Bot editor that contains an xPDD and a PDF containing the details of the process.
  4. In the xPDD, click the actions menu (vertical ellipsis) and click Generate Automation.
    You will receive a notification stating that your auomation is successfully transformed.
  5. Refresh the page in the Bot editor.
    Your automation is displayed. Edit and complete the automation as per your requirement.
