Get slide content action

The Get slide content action in the Apple Keynote package is used to extract or retrieve the text content from an active slide in a Keynote presentation. This action enables you to read and capture information such as slide title, body, other text boxes from any chosen slide.
Settings
Note: This action captures only the
actual text present in the slide, not the displayed values. For example, the
Presentation Title and Presentation Subtitle are considered displayed values.
- Use the Session name field to select one of the following
options:
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
to open the presentation with the Open
action.
(Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.
- Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
to open the presentation with the Open
action.
- In the Store content in table variable field, select a data table
variable or create a new variable to store the slide content.
