You can upload templates designed for various use cases from the Control Room to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store), making them accessible for others to use.

Prerequisites

To upload custom templates from the Control Room to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store), you must create the templates in the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) folder and check in the template to the public workspace.
Note:
  • You can submit the following template types to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store): Task bot, Process and AI Skills.
  • When choosing a name for your template, ensure it is unique and descriptive, so it is easily searchable on Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Control Room.
  2. On the left pane, click Automation.

    A list of available bots and forms is displayed.

  3. Click Public workspace and select the folder.
  4. On the Files and Folder page, you can search for the template by using the following filters: Name or Type.
    • Name: Enter the name of the template in the search box.
    • Type: Choose the corresponding template type such as Process, Task Bot or AI Skills template from the list.
  5. Select the template, click the action menu (vertical ellipsis) and select Submit to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).

    You will be redirected to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) tab.

  6. Log in using your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) credentials.
    You will be redirected to the Submit to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) page.
  7. Perform the following steps on the Submit to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) page.
    1. Review the files that will be bundled with your automation template and make changes as required. In addition, ensure that the templates and all dependent files are in the same folder to submit to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).
    2. Click Next to review the bundled packages to ensure all packages are included with your submission.
    3. If the template you want to submit and the bundled package look complete, click Submit.

      When you submit your files, the system displays the following message: The template name with submission status is currently in progress. Visit the Agentic App Store and select My Submissions to complete the submission form. After you complete the submission, you will receive a confirmation email.

    4. Click Take me to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).
      You will be redirected to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) home page. Log in with your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) credentials to complete your submission form in Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).
    Note:
    • When you resubmit files to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store), the system overwrites the previously submitted files, which are in a Draft status.
    • It can take 3 to 5 business days for the review and approval of your templates.
