Delete file permission action in Google Drive

You can delete a file permission for a file by using the Delete file permission action.

Settings

  • Enter the same username that you provided in the Connect action.
  • Select whether to identify the file by file path and name, or by ID.
    Note: The ID is the value in the URL after the last forward slash. For example, if the URL is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12dlAwvrEA4JeLysfFky9, the ID is 12dlAwvrEA4JeLysfFky9.
  • In the Permission id field, enter the permission ID.
  • Optional: Select or create a variable to hold the permission ID.
