License group management
As a license administrator (user with license management permissions) you have the access to comprehensive license information for the specific user account from the Control Room.
License grouping simplifies license allocation for the administrator. The administrator can assign a license to a user and then add the user to a license group. This way, assigning a license to the group automatically applies it to all users within that group.
License grouping ensures that Control Room instances linked to a specific group using GUID or license key only accesses licenses assigned to that group. License allocation, consumption, over subscription, and expiration are all restricted to the group. Users can create group entitlements with any license type, provided they assign at least one GUID to each of the entitlements.

After a user creates a group, the license page will display three tabs in the Control Room Licenses page.
