Configure license order preference

When there is a conflict between licenses, the licensing order helps resolve the conflict by applying the preferred or prioritized license according to the user's specified order. You can prioritize the preference order of your licenses.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Control Room as an authorized user with Manage Settings permission.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Settings > User Authentication.
  3. In the SAML automatic user account provisioning section, click Edit.
  4. From the Actions column, use the arrows to move the order of license to a higher or a lower priority.license-allocation-order
  5. Click Save changes.
