Rename user action in Active Directory

The Rename user action in Active Directory package enables you to rename the user logon name or the user account name.

Settings

  • Enter the same session name as the one you used in the Connect action.
  • Select whether to search for the user by User name or Logon name.
  • Enter the name to search for.
  • In the New name field, enter the updated name.
  • Select from the following options to specify what to update:
    • Rename user name
    • Rename logon name
    • Rename user and logon name
